Diet Counseling Centre works to ensure the good health of individuals or institutions, increase awareness of any diet-related health problem, and help maintain proper physical and mental development. Dietary counseling is the most important part of the Diet Counseling Centre.
At Diet Counseling Center, we believe, people can control themselves. But sometimes a few things come up about eating food. For example: How much food do you eat? Or how to keep your eating-habits compatible with your lifestyle? Or cravings for certain foods that are not completely acceptable for your physical condition but cannot be controlled - nutritional counseling is needed to fully identify these issues.
Nutrition counseling is a two-way interaction through which a client and interpret the results of the nutritional assessment with an expert nutritionist, Identify individual nutritional needs and goals, discuss ways to meet those goals, and agree on what the next steps might be. The goal of nutrition counseling is to help clients understand important information about their health and to focus on practical actions to address nutritional needs as well as the benefits of behavior change. Our expert nutritionists first provide counseling to identify and solve the problem to improve the condition of the body.
The diet plan acts as a bespoke template to steer your eating behaviour, exercise and lifestyle management towards optimal health and wellbeing. Most people associate diets with short-term weight loss and restrictive food intake. However, a diet plan is tailored to an individual’s health status, weight and lifestyle, along with their health goals.

Bangladesh belongs to the group of countries with one of the highest proportions of various nutritional problems in the population. The major nutritional concerns in Bangladesh are related to the scarcity of foods and essential nutrients, severe malnutrition, chronic energy deficiency, and protein energy concerns. We now see the other face of malnutrition in our society. As we enter the 21st century, we are witnessing a rise in the rates of cardiovascular diseases, hypertension, diabetes, obesity, and various types of cancers. Obesity is recognized as a disease by itself and should be regarded as one of the most important contemporary public health problems that have been neglected. Moreover, the leading cause of death in Bangladesh in the previous years has been cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, & kidney diseases. These are of critical public health concern as these diseases are affecting an increasingly large number of Bangladeshis in the prime of their lives. Most of our people do not have a healthy lifestyle. This situation is occurring due to a lack of nutritional awareness of people. People would not have institutional education to learn nutritional messages. However, we can take solace from the fact that these diseases are preventable greatly, with appropriate dietary and lifestyle modifications. For this purpose, we have formed a nutritional health-related organization called Diet Counseling Centre (DCC) from 1st June 2004. It is a counseling center where people can take any counseling solution about food-related health problems. This center provides private consultation with nutritionists with expert and professional advice based on the latest scientific evidence. Nutritionists are expert nutrition professionals who offer practical suggestions and goals, whilst focusing on individual and personal needs.
